How long is the demo?
30 minutes. We respect your time. If you want to go deeper, we can—but most people get everything they need in 30 minutes.
Is there any obligation?
None. The demo is free. If SDLT Check isn't right for you, we'll tell you. We'd rather you know that now than discover it after signing up.
Who should attend?
Whoever makes or influences the decision: Fee earners (to see how it works day-to-day), Managing partners (to understand the risk/ROI case), Compliance officers (to see the audit trail capabilities), IT contacts (to ask integration questions). One person is fine. Bring your whole team if you want.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Ideally, bring details of a complex transaction: Purchase price, Property type (any annexes? commercial elements?), Buyer details (first-time? non-resident? owns other property?), Any complications you're aware of. Don't have something to hand? No problem—we have plenty of complex examples.
Will you try to hard-sell me?
No. We'll show you the product, answer your questions, and give you pricing. Then we'll follow up once to see if you have questions. That's it. If you're not ready, you're not ready. We're building long-term relationships, not hitting quarterly targets.
Can I see the pricing before the demo?
Yes—view our pricing page. Full Service is £12.50 +VAT per completed transaction (invoiced monthly). Ad Hoc access starts from £300 +VAT per case, depending on transaction value. The demo will confirm which option fits your firm and answer any pricing questions.
